Responsibilities- Administer medications and treatments as directed by physicians and in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of patients.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families on health-related topics and disease management.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of excellence and patient safety.
- Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Michigan.
- Successful completion of a course in Pharmacology for LPNs.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to demonstrate sound nursing knowledge and judgment in making decisions and implementing care plans.
- Approved CPR certification.
