Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Master Technician to join our team at GPAC. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional vehicle repairs and maintenance services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform complex vehicle repairs and maintenance tasks with precision and efficiency, adhering to manufacturer specifications and dealership standards.
• Conduct thorough diagnostic tests to identify and resolve vehicle issues, utilizing advanced diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Collaborate with our service advisors to provide accurate estimates and communicate effectively with customers regarding repair needs and timelines.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technologies and advancements, participating in ongoing training and certification programs to enhance your skills and expertise.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a master technician, with a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance.
• Excellent technical skills, with a focus on Chrysler vehicles and systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screening and background checks.
