We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse to join our team at Providence Health & Services. As a critical care nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to critically ill patients in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and manage critically ill patients, including those with cardiovascular, respiratory, and neurological conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions.
- Monitor and report patient progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Provide education and support to patients and families, promoting health literacy and self-advocacy.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- California Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale Certificate - NIH Stroke Scale Training Course upon hire.
- 1 year of Nursing experience.
