Job Summary: Aspirant RPO LLC is seeking a skilled Fluorescent Penetrate Inspector to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing inspections on various parts to ensure they meet operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct inspections on all part types to ensure compliance with operation sheet requirements.
- Operate and maintain various inspection equipment, including airflow, waterflow, and moment weigh machines.
- Perform high-visual concentration inspections for extended periods.
- Pack, unpack, and load materials, and review and replace totes and liners as necessary.
- Process materials through pre-clean operations prior to FPI inspection.
- Maintain quality records and perform daily and weekly systems and calibration checks.
- Perform final inspections of parts to ensure they meet operational sketch requirements.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division, as well as simple use of formulas, charts, tables, and specifications.
- Ability to use adjustable measuring instruments and interpret data.
- 1 year of manufacturing inspection experience, with FPI experience preferred but not required.
