About the Role

We are seeking a well-rounded pastry chef who can excel in baking quality cupcakes and cakes as well as decorating. The ideal candidate will be passionate about pastry, have previous experience in a professional kitchen, and be familiar with cake baking and decorating with buttercream.

Key Responsibilities
  • Bake and decorate cupcakes and cakes to meet standards and specifications.
  • Develop creative designs and piping techniques for cakes and cupcakes.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
  • Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Previous culinary experience, preferably in pastry or baking.
  • ServSafe Manager Food Handler Certification.
  • Ability to work early morning shifts (4:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.) and weekends.
  • Reliable transportation.
Estimated Salary

$45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
