Cath Lab Scrub Technician Job Summary

At Catholic Health, we are seeking a skilled Cath Lab Scrub Technician to join our team. As a Cath Lab Scrub Technician, you will play a vital role in supporting the overall operation and efficiency of the Cath Lab Department.

Responsibilities:
  • Pre-procedure preparation of patients, including ensuring they are properly positioned and prepared for procedures.
  • Directly assisting physicians during Cath procedures under fluoroscopy, ensuring the highest level of patient care and safety.
  • Providing post-catheterization hemostasis as needed, ensuring patients receive the best possible care.
  • Transporting patients to and from the Cath Lab, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times.

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
  • Direct patient care experience required.
  • Completion of St. Francis Hospital Patient Care Associate or Cardiac Catheterization Lab Training and scrub Program preferred.
  • Completion of American Heart Association Basic Life Support Course required.
