Concierge

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Concierge to provide exceptional support to our residents at The Landing at Queensbury Assisted Living and Memory Care. As a Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for our residents and their families, providing a warm and welcoming experience.

• Provide personalized support to residents, including assistance with daily tasks and activities
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff to ensure seamless care and services
• Maintain a clean and organized environment, ensuring the comfort and safety of our residents
• Collaborate with the care team to identify and address resident needs and concerns
• Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance skills and knowledge

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A minimum of one (1) year relevant experience (preferred)
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and support
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
