We are seeking a highly qualified Professor of Accounting to join our faculty at the University of Kansas School of Business. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching, research, and service activities.
Responsibilities:- Teach undergraduate, MBA, MACC, and doctoral courses in accounting
- Conduct and publish research on accounting topics in leading academic journals
- Engage in school, university, and professional service activities
- Ph.D. in accounting
- Demonstrated teaching excellence in accounting
- Demonstrated excellent scholarship (or potential for excellent scholarship)
- Established record of teaching excellence in accounting
- Sustained record of excellent scholarship
- Demonstrated ability to work with doctoral students
