We are seeking a skilled Cake Decorator to join our team at Walmart. As a Cake Decorator, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and high-quality bakery products for our members.

• Be a Team Player: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless bakery operations, communicate effectively with colleagues, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Be an Expert: Plan and execute bakery productions, ensuring consistency in quality and accuracy of decorative designs, following recipe measurement instructions, and adhering to food safety standards.
• Be a Technologist: Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and enhance associate engagement, utilizing handheld technology to make informed business decisions.
• Be an Owner: Drive the performance of the bakery area, ensuring quality and date control standards, eliminating waste, and preparing for seasonal events.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Model high-quality service and products, interact with associates to understand roadblocks, and assist in training to develop a respectful, supportive, and team-oriented work environment.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans and using the Open Door Policy.
• Complete work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources, collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers, and other business partners.

We offer a competitive hourly wage range of $16.00 to $23.00, with additional compensation in the form of premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
