The Cancer Care Service Line at Corewell Health is seeking highly skilled Hematologist-Oncologists to join our dynamic team of employed providers. Our Cancer program is a collaboration of hospitals and community providers, offering innovative, cutting-edge treatments and state-of-the-art programs and services close to home.

We are based in Ludington, Michigan, where we invite you to explore the most comprehensive and robust cancer program in West Michigan. Our Ludington Cancer Center provides outpatient cancer and hematology services with a brand-new beautiful facility that opened in 2023.

This position offers:

Qualifications

  • A required Doctorate degree.
    • LIC-Physician (MD) or LIC-Osteopathic Physician (DO) license in the State of Michigan upon hire.
    • CRT-DEA Registration in the State of Michigan upon hire.
    • CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from either AHA American Heart Association or ARC American Red Cross within 120 days.
    • CRT-Adv Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from AHA American Heart Association if required by specialty or stress test performed within 120 days.

Corewell Health Ludington Hospital

Our hospital is a 49-bed acute care hospital located in Mason County along the shore of Lake Michigan. We offer a full range of services, including inpatient medical, surgical, step-down, obstetrical, and critical care units.

We have a full-service laboratory, cancer and hematology services, advanced CT and MRI imaging diagnostic services, a Women's Imaging Center, cardiopulmonary services, rehabilitation services, and an array of outpatient surgical procedures.

We also have a 24-hour emergency department with all-private treatment rooms and a 'FastER track' service for minor illnesses and injuries.
