Job Summary:

Promote excellent customer experiences, oversee Associates at the front of store, ensure prompt service, and maintain store cleanliness. Lead by example, engaging and interacting with customers.

 

  • Create a positive internal and external customer experience
  • Promote honesty and integrity, maintain confidentiality
  • Train and mentor Associates on front-end principles
  • Train and coach on customizing customer experiences, promoting loyalty programs
  • Assign registers and support POS coverage
  • Address customer concerns and issues promptly
  • Ensure Associates execute tasks and activities according to store plan
  • Communicate effectively with management and Associates on priorities and progress
  • Provide and accept recognition and feedback
  • Partner with Management on Associate training needs
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws, policies, and procedures
  • Promote credit and loyalty programs
  • Support store shrink reduction goals and programs
  • Promote safety awareness and maintain a safe environment

 

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you should have a strong understanding of merchandising techniques, capable of multitasking, and strong communication and organizational skills. You must also be available to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.

Salary and Benefits: Our starting pay range is $13.00 to $13.50 per hour, determined by relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
