Diagnostic Imaging Specialist Opportunity

RAYUS Radiology is seeking a skilled CT Technologist to join our team. As a Diagnostic Imaging Specialist, you will operate a computed tomography (CT) scanner to produce high-quality images of the patient's body for diagnostic purposes.

You will be responsible for performing routine and advanced CT procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout the process. Your attention to detail and ability to work independently will be essential in maintaining accurate patient records and adhering to safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform CT procedures on designated portions of the body with minimal supervision
  • Screen patients for any precautions or contradictions before the exam
  • Prepare patients for CT procedures, explaining the process and providing support throughout
  • Maintain patient records within the Radiology Information System (RIS)
  • Assist with training new associates and provide technical expertise

Requirements:

  • Direct and relevant experience in CT scanning
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
