Warehouse associates are crucial to our operational success. They engage actively, safely, and independently to ensure the smooth flow of products through our distribution channels while upholding quality standards. As a Warehouse Team Member, you will assist in the shipping and/or receiving processes within our facility.

The Warehouse Team Member is responsible for executing shipping and/or receiving tasks promptly while managing inventory and maintaining cleanliness in the warehouse. This role requires adherence to safety protocols and quality benchmarks, ensuring the efficient movement of products throughout the production cycle. You will collaborate as a team member within the department and the organization, performing any assigned duties to best support the company.

Key Responsibilities:Carry out general warehouse tasks as assigned, including but not limited to forklift operations, inventory selection, returns processing, sanitation, pallet breakdown, wrapping, order picking, loading, and receiving.Maintain cleanliness in the warehouse area, loading dock, and trailers as required. Ensure the work environment is safe and report any hazardous conditions or actions immediately.Conduct daily safety inspections of the assigned forklift/pallet jack in accordance with company policy.Perform damage assessments on received items and notify the supervisor regarding the removal of items per company guidelines.Manage battery replacements for equipment, ensuring charged batteries are used and complete vehicle inspection checklists. Adhere to all preferred work methods, safety policies, and procedures as outlined by the company.Review work schedules and daily production documentation to prepare for operations.Wear all necessary Personal Protective Equipment and Safety Gear.Meet productivity and accuracy standards as per location and company expectations.Secure all equipment and complete required documentation.Perform additional related duties as assigned.
