Civil Engineering Intern

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled individual to fill the role of a civil engineering or civil technician intern. This position may require additional hours beyond the standard workweek. Please note that relocation assistance and housing will not be provided. Candidates must have the legal right to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct on-site evaluations for various construction initiatives.
  • Perform engineering computations and aid in project documentation.
  • Employ computer-aided design tools to create drawings and planning documents.
  • Assist engineers with daily tasks across multiple projects.
  • Support survey operations for construction or related assignments.
Required Qualifications
  • Knowledge of local and state transportation department regulations regarding construction and design.
  • Proficiency in Microstation, AutoCAD, or similar software.
  • Strong communication abilities.
  • Possession of a valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
  • Familiarity with general surveying techniques and tools.
  • Willingness to travel for team meetings and site inspections as necessary.
  • Capability to navigate rough terrain and lift items weighing up to 40 pounds.
