Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Certified Surgical Technologist to join our team at Providence Surgery Center, a cutting-edge multispecialty surgery center committed to delivering exceptional healthcare services.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation and setup of surgical instruments for a range of procedures.
  • Anticipate the needs of surgeons during operations, providing essential support.
  • Maintain a sterile field and adhere to aseptic techniques throughout surgical procedures.
  • Assist in postoperative care, including dressing application and patient cleaning.
  • Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure the efficient turnover of operating rooms.
  • Contribute to the overall success and efficiency of the surgery center's operations.
Requirements
  • Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification.
  • BLS Certification.
  • Proven experience as a Surgical Technologist, preferably in a multispecialty setting.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and aseptic techniques.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
