BryceTech is seeking a highly skilled Product Support Specialist to support our US Space Force, Space Systems Command (SSC) customer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and programmatic assistance to ensure the successful development and sustainment of space systems.
- Develop and deliver draft product support requirements documents to ensure product support considerations are incorporated into system acquisitions.
- Implement and manage support functions required to field and maintain the readiness and operational capability of weapon systems, subsystems, and components.
- Provide oversight of the product support functions for fielded systems.
- Be knowledgeable in the implementation and execution of the twelve (12) Product Support Elements (PSE).
- Experience with managing military airlift cargo using the government transportation network and billing process.
- Possess intimate knowledge of Financial and Air Clearance Transportation System (FACTS) and Defense Enterprise and Accounting Management System (DEAMS).
- Develop and maintain technical order management and maintenance activities (TOMA).
- Assist with the development of new technical order development strategies to align with changing Government system acquisition strategies.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of product support elements and their implementation.
- Experience with managing military airlift cargo and billing process.
- Intimate knowledge of FACTS and DEAMS.
- Ability to develop and maintain technical order management and maintenance activities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
