Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Server to join our team at Huddle House. As a Restaurant Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt and courteous service to all guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Take orders accurately and efficiently, using approved abbreviations and submitting tickets to the cook's station.
  • Deliver food in a timely manner, ensuring it is hot and presented attractively.
  • Handle customer transactions, including cash, credit cards, and mobile payments.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and delivery.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Previous experience in food service or a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
