The Mechanical Systems Designer will be responsible for designing, developing, and improving mechanical systems and components. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that mechanical systems meet performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop mechanical systems and components using 3D modeling software.
  • Work closely with electrical engineers, designers, and other team members to integrate mechanical systems with electronic and software systems.
  • Perform engineering calculations and simulations to validate designs.
  • Collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure clarity and quality.
  • Conduct prototypes, testing, and validation to ensure product functionality and performance.
  • Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation and reports.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field with 4 years of prior related experience or Master's Degree with 2 years of prior related experience.
  • Ability to work effectively in both independent and diverse team environments.
  • 3D design experience with Siemens NX.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to develop practical engineering solutions for difficult problems.
