Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced RN Lead to join our team as a Cardiac Rehab Unit Manager at St. Helena Hospital. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, clinical expertise, and a passion for delivering outstanding patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provides unit-based leadership and supervises nursing and ancillary personnel to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Develops and implements effective care plans, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve positive patient outcomes.
  • Assesses staffing needs, manages schedules, and coordinates relief for meals and breaks.
  • Liaises with facility services to maintain equipment and department cleanliness.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent combination of education/experience.
  • Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice.
  • Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Supervisory experience and demonstrated leadership skills.
