Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate patient conditions and develop effective treatment plans
  • Implement occupational therapy programs, monitor progress, and review results with medical personnel
  • Record data, schedule appointments, chart progress, and maintain files
  • Supervise student workers and volunteers as required
  • Maintain equipment safely and effectively, documenting patient treatment and progress according to guidelines

Required Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program
  • Licensed in the state or jurisdiction where the fellowship program is located
  • BCLS CPR certification and knowledge of emergency first aid procedures

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Clinical practice or academic learning experiences in areas of mental health and lifestyle management treatment
  • Demonstrated experience in clinical practice through fieldwork or previous employment
  • Desire to participate in clinical teaching, research, program development, and quality improvement efforts
