We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Banquet House Person to join our team at Folino Estate Winery. As a Banquet House Person, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of events and providing exceptional service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Event Setup and Breakdown: Set up and break down banquet rooms, including arranging tables, chairs, linens, and other equipment, to ensure a seamless and efficient event experience.
- Room Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of banquet rooms, including sweeping, mopping, and restocking supplies, to ensure a safe and healthy environment for guests.
- Equipment Management: Manage and maintain banquet equipment, including tables, chairs, linens, and other supplies, to ensure they are in good working condition and easily accessible.
- Guest Service: Provide exceptional service to guests, including responding to their needs and requests, and ensuring their overall experience is positive and memorable.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members, including banquet staff, servers, and kitchen staff, to ensure a seamless and efficient event experience.
- Education and Experience: Six months to one year of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Physical Demands: Essential duties require long periods of standing and walking, as well as frequent reaching and kneeling, pushing, pulling, carrying, lifting, and moving objects weighing 50 pounds or more.
- Work Environment: Duties are performed in both indoor and outdoor settings, with events often taking place in the elements in all four seasons. Events may involve loud music and other environmental factors.
