About the Role

At European Wax Center, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Wax Specialist to join our team. As a Wax Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional waxing services to our guests while maintaining a professional and consistent demeanor.

Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified individual who is passionate about skin care and committed to delivering outstanding results. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality waxing services to guests, ensuring a safe and comfortable experience.
  • Educate guests on the benefits and frequency of waxing, as well as proper skin care in conjunction with our exclusive product portfolio, Strut 365.
  • Responsible for educating guests on European Wax Center's 4-Step to Gorgeous Process, Strut 365 products, and current in-center promotions.
  • Maintain a clean and organized wax suite, adhering to company standards.
  • Meet and exceed center and individual goals, including sales targets and guest satisfaction metrics.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current Full Service Esthetician or Cosmetology License.
  • The ability to work flexible days and hours, including weekends.
  • A positive, friendly, upbeat, and personable demeanor.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
  • A strong desire to work with others and engage new associates with energy and enthusiasm for EWC.

Estimated Salary Range

$40,000 - $60,000 per year, based on location and experience.
