  • Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit reports, as required, and perform administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the crew.
Requirements
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years' experience working in a supervisory or leadership role in the tree trimming or clearing industry.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of professionals.
  • Knowledge and Skills: A basic knowledge of trees, including identification, growth habits, and correct arboricultural techniques, as well as a basic understanding of electrical circuits and circuit maps.
  • Certifications and Licenses: A valid commercial driver's license (CDL) and a medical card to drive company vehicles over 10,000 lbs GVWR, as well as a herbicide applicator or operator's certification and license, as required by Wright Tree Service and local, state, and federal law.
  • Physical Demands: The ability to lift, move, and maneuver up to 50 pounds on an infrequent basis and up to 30 pounds on a frequent basis, as well as the ability to work in a variety of weather conditions.
