Job Title: Production Associate I

Estimated Salary Range: $11.50 per hour

This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and have a strong sense of urgency. As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for efficiently moving products from the production area to the sales floor. Your primary goal will be to process goods using the One Touch System, focusing on quality and quantity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process wares, softlines, or bin items according to current pricing guidelines.
  • Make quick decisions to meet minimum processing standards.
  • Ensure donated goods are processed correctly between saleable, e-comm, trash, and salvage categories.
  • Meet daily quantity targets for saleable items (wares: 100 per hour, softlines: 85 per hour, bin: 1 rack per 1.5 hours).
  • Preserve the value of donated goods by adhering to quality standards.
  • Work collaboratively with clients and employees in a respectful and professional manner.
  • Follow all safety policies and guidelines.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Complete assigned training sessions.
