Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform diagnostic imaging procedures, including x-rays, CT scans, and fluoroscopy
  • Maintain and troubleshoot imaging equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety
  • Prepare patients for imaging procedures, ensuring their comfort and safety
  • Develop and process x-ray films, ensuring high-quality images
  • Assist in fluoroscopic work, including positioning patients and operating equipment
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive patient care
Requirements
  • Current valid certificate as a certified Radiologic Technologist in diagnostic radiologic technology issued by the California State Department of Health Services
  • Two years of experience in radiologic techniques and methods, or successful completion of a two-year training program in radiologic technology approved by the Council on Medical Education and Hospitals of the American Medical Association
Working Conditions

This position requires working in a fast-paced environment, with frequent exposure to radiation and potentially hazardous materials. Travel may be required.
