Innovative Renal Care is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care to individuals suffering from End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD). Your expertise will be instrumental in improving the quality of life for our patients and their families.

  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and developing individualized care plans.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, identify patient needs, and develop effective care strategies.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure informed decision-making.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.

  • Current Registered Nurse license in the state of practice.
  • Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN); three year diploma from an accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree.
  • Current BLS/CPR certification required.
  • Meets all applicable state/licensing requirements.
  • Previous dialysis, ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg nursing experience is preferred but not required.
