Job Description

NavitsPartners is seeking a highly motivated Clerical Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team members, including data entry, filing, and reception work.

You will also be expected to schedule meetings, prepare correspondence, and operate office equipment, such as fax machines, computers, and photocopiers. Additionally, you will be interacting with nurses, physicians, and staff on a daily basis, providing excellent customer service skills and maintaining a positive attitude.

About the Role:

  • Provide administrative support to team members, including data entry and filing

Requirements:

  • Two years of experience in a medical office setting
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; prior medical office experience and knowledge of medical terminology preferred

Estimated Salary: $42,000 - $52,000 per year
