Job Summary

As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for creating and implementing the department's concept, guiding the multidisciplinary team, and designing therapies and training based on the latest scientific findings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a specialist department, including creating the department's concept and guiding the multidisciplinary rehabilitation team.
  • Design therapies and training based on the latest scientific findings.
  • Take on the personnel and professional responsibility of a department and proactively shape the assigned tasks of the department.
  • Support the clinic management in implementing and sustaining change processes.
  • Use leadership tools for personnel development and occupational health management.

Requirements

  • Medical license.
  • Specialist recognition in internal medicine and hemato-oncology.
  • Additional qualifications or certifications in leadership or management.
