Position: Cardiovascular Ultrasound Specialist - Permanent - Full-time
Role Overview: The Cardiovascular Ultrasound Specialist is responsible for conducting diagnostic echocardiographic and vascular ultrasound examinations as directed by healthcare providers, including Cardiologists and Vascular Surgeons. The ideal candidate will have graduated from an accredited ultrasonography program specializing in echocardiography or non-invasive vascular imaging.
Qualifications: Candidates must be either registered or eligible for registration through recognized bodies such as the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS), Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI), or the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in echocardiography and vascular ultrasound is highly preferred.
- Registry eligibility is required.
- Certification in Echo-RCS (CCI) or ARDMS (RCDS) is desirable.
- Certification in Vascular-RVS (CCI) or ARDMS (RVT) is preferred.
