**The Job Description:** As a Direct Investment Associate, you will be at the forefront of evaluating diverse companies across different sectors. Your active engagement in due diligence, insightful interactions with management teams, crafting detailed financial models, and voicing opinions in investment discussions will make your mark in the decision-making process. You will also monitor and assist in managing our investment portfolio, adding real value to the team.

**About You:*** Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
* 2–3 years of top-tier investment banking, consulting, or equity research experience. Salary: $85,000 - $115,000 per year.
