Job Overview

CNB Bank is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Universal Associate to join our team. As a key member of our banking team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized banking services to clients, including account opening, loan processing, and transaction management.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales and service goals, and contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with banking products and services, and effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge, and contribute to the growth and success of the bank.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; related experience and secondary education preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in banking software and systems.
