Pavement Marking Supervisor

At Blue Curb, LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pavement Marking Foreman to join our team. As a key member of our construction crew, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of pavement markings, ensuring high-quality results, and maintaining a safe working environment.

• Project Management: Oversee the installation of pavement markings, including measuring, remarking, and laying out parking lot bays, characters, numbers, and stencils using a mechanical striping machine.
• Equipment Maintenance: Ensure that all equipment, including trucks, trailers, and striping machines, are in proper working order and report any issues to the Superintendent.
• Communication: Communicate with Project Managers regarding weather status, start time, and coordination of work flow on the job site.
• Documentation: Ensure that all materials are installed to manufacturer specifications and all work is completed meeting Pave America Standards.
• Supervision: Assign tasks to construction crew members, supervise their work, and provide training on proper technique and specifications related to striping.

• Experience: 10+ years of experience in striping, including leading a crew.
• Skills: Technical skills, managerial abilities, attention to detail, stamina, basic computer operation knowledge, and teamwork.
• Physical Demands: Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting/standing, light work that includes moving objects up to 20 pounds, and occasional heavy work that includes moving objects up to 50 pounds.

• Outdoor Elements: Occasional exposure to low temperatures, high temperatures, outdoor elements such as precipitation and wind, and noisy environments.
• Shift Work: Occasional shift work, including overnight work, and frequent overtime, including weekends.
