We are seeking a skilled Computed Tomography (CT) Technologist to join our team in Bangor, Maine. As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining CT scanners, performing diagnostic imaging procedures, and providing excellent patient care.

Job Summary
  • This 13-week travel assignment offers a competitive salary of $120000/year, depending on experience, plus benefits and a tax-free stipend.
  • You will work 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week, with guaranteed hours and cancellation protection.
Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain CT scanners, ensuring optimal image quality and patient safety.
  • Perform diagnostic imaging procedures, including CT scans, using a range of protocols and techniques.
  • Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.
  • Provide excellent patient care, communicating effectively with patients, families, and staff.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to regulatory requirements and professional standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Sciences or related field, with certification as a Registered Technologist in Radiology (RT(R)).
  • One to three years of experience as a CT Technologist, preferably in a hospital or clinical setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift, move, and position patients, using proper body mechanics and safety precautions.
