Job Title: Respiratory Therapist

Fusion Medical Staffing-Cardio is seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join their team in Devils Lake, North Dakota.

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Respiratory Therapist to work in our acute care setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in respiratory care and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide respiratory care to patients with a variety of conditions, including chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), pneumonia, and asthma.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and adjust treatments as needed.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Provide education to patients and families on respiratory care and disease management.
Requirements:
  • Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification.
  • One to three years of experience in respiratory care.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.
