Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled MRI Technologist to join our team at Mercy Hospital South. As an MRI Technologist, you will be responsible for performing specialized MRI procedures on patients, resulting in diagnostic images for interpretation by a radiologist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform MRI procedures on patients, ensuring accurate and high-quality images.
  • Provide patient care and support during procedures, ensuring a safe and comfortable experience.
  • Apply principles of MR safety, adhering to strict guidelines and protocols.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.
Requirements
  • ARRT registration and certification in MRI.
  • 2+ years of experience in pediatric radiology/imaging.
  • Excellent communication and patient care skills.
  • GE 1.5 and 3T experience preferred.
Work Environment
