Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals.
- Identify, prospect, and secure new affiliate and brand partnerships.
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales and revenue operations organization to achieve individual and team objectives.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, affiliates, and key stakeholders to drive retention and growth.
- Monitor sales and operations metrics and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.
- Work cross-functionally with Partner Success and Product teams to align sales and operations efforts with company goals.
- Stay plugged in to industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify growth opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within affiliate marketing, digital advertising, or related industries. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Management, Marketing, or similar degree preferred.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong ability to motivate and lead a multi-group organization in a remote work environment.
- Deep understanding of affiliate marketing models, digital performance metrics, and client acquisition strategies.
- Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficient in using data to inform decisions and optimize strategies.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and ready to make our clients happy.
- Knowledgeable in MS Office and Google Workspace/GSuite.
- Mastery of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Knowledge of affiliate marketing tools a plus.
- Positive attitude with a strong 'work hard, play hard' mentality, bringing enthusiasm and efficiency to every task.
- Willingness to network with new people, attend conferences, and travel to new places as needed.
