Packing Associate Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Packing Associate to join our team at a well-established toy store in Napa, California. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for packing, weighing, and labeling completed items for shipment or storage.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pack and label items for shipment or storage, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Follow company guidelines for packaging to ensure safe and secure delivery of items
  • Identify and dispose of defective items before they are shipped to customers
  • Maintain accurate records of all warehouse materials
Requirements:
  • Experience in packing in a high-volume DTC environment preferred
  • Proven work experience as a Packer or similar role
  • Basic shop skills, such as using hand tools
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
  • Strong communication skills and desire to work with other team members
