HB Staffing is in search of a CNC Machine Operator to become part of a vibrant and expanding workforce.

Job Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment through preventive maintenance.
- Identify issues by observing mechanical devices in operation.
- Assess parts requirements by inspecting and measuring various instruments.
- Manage inventory of equipment parts and supplies by monitoring stock levels and placing orders.
- Compile maintenance reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
- Adjust, calibrate, clean, and lubricate machinery and equipment.
- Conduct tests to ensure machines operate smoothly.
- Interpret technical manuals to comprehend controls and equipment.
- Diagnose malfunctioning machinery to determine the necessity for major repairs.
- Uphold a safe and tidy work environment by adhering to procedures, rules, and regulations.

Candidate Qualifications:
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Familiarity with reading blueprints is advantageous.
- Comprehensive understanding of material storage protocols and practices.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Efficient time management and teamwork capabilities.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Basic math skills (unit conversions).
