Responsibilities of a Wellness Instructor at Orangetheory:
  • Guiding and encouraging members through structured workouts
  • Ensuring proper form and providing modifications as necessary
  • Demonstrating the use of fitness equipment for each session
  • Performing routine cleaning and upkeep of the state-of-the-art studio
  • Understanding the principles behind our strength and heart-rate focused training programs, while keeping abreast of current fitness industry trends
  • Fostering meaningful relationships and building community as you grow your personal brand and network within the fitness sector
  • Positively impacting the lives of others by assisting members in setting and achieving their personal fitness objectives
Are You a Fit?
  • Currently certified in fitness from an education organization recognized by Orangetheory Fitness: ACE, ACSM, ISSA, NASM, NSCA
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Current AED/CPR certification
  • Successful completion of the OTFit Certification Program
  • Understanding of strength and heart rate-based interval training
  • Experience in a fitness setting (preferred)
