Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Escalations Representative to join our team at Dexian, LLC. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and resolving complex issues related to our financial products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Support: Provide timely and effective support to internal and external customers, addressing their inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve complex customer issues, often requiring collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
  • Risk Classification: Review customer complaints for regulatory and non-regulatory flags, classifying risks appropriately in our case management system to ensure compliance with internal company requirements and standards.
  • Escalations Management: Respond independently to complaints escalated at the highest levels, demonstrating expertise and professionalism in resolving complex issues.
  • Team Collaboration: Interact with internal and external customers, as well as the immediate escalations team, to oversee day-to-day activities and ensure seamless support.
