Richmond Ambulance Authority (RAA) is actively seeking Logistics Support Technicians (LST) to play a vital role in our operations. In this position, you will ensure that all ambulances are fully equipped and ready for immediate response by supporting our field teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Uphold rigorous standards for health, safety, and ethical conduct.
  • Thoroughly clean and replenish all units, facilities, and grounds while adhering to safety protocols.
  • Restock medical supply shelves with necessary equipment and materials for both field and administrative operations.
  • Refill medical supply containers on ambulances, ensuring readiness for decontamination and preparation.
  • Maintain organized and accessible supply areas, free from obstructions.
  • Allocate units and equipment to incoming field crews.
  • Operate RAA vehicles for transportation to and from service locations.
  • Promptly report any unsafe conditions or practices to a supervisor.
  • Organize and store documentation related to ambulance supply management.
  • Complete and submit all required paperwork and logs for Quality Assurance purposes.
  • Document delivered supplies and ensure secure storage in designated areas.
  • Update inventory sheets with new medical protocols and equipment changes.
  • Assist during Emergency Mass Casualty Incidents (MCI) and provide support for field crews as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • Valid Driver's License required.
  • Acceptable driving record in accordance with company policy.
  • Successful completion of pre-employment assessments, including drug screening and background checks.
