Job Summary

Our Registered Nurses are committed to delivering exceptional care and making a positive impact on the lives of our patients. As a Registered Nurse RN Psychiatric Adult, you will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and support to patients with emotional, behavioral, or mental health disorders.

Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive patient assessments to identify individual needs and develop personalized care plans.
  • Provide direct nursing care and supervise non-licensed nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Administer medications safely and accurately, and provide education and emotional support to patients and their families.
  • Participate in treatment team conferences to develop and revise patient care plans.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing.
  • Current State of practice RN licensure.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • BLS certification.
