Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Solutions Behavioral Healthcare Professionals. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in providing behavioral assessments, direct behaviorally based interventions, and behavioral consultation services to clients with autism, developmental disabilities, or other mental health or behavioral disorders.

Job Summary:

The BCBA will work closely with the assigned Mental Health Professional in planning and overseeing treatment. This position requires a strong understanding of behavioral principles and a commitment to providing high-quality, evidence-based services. The ideal candidate will have expertise in autism and experience working with children and families in a culturally competent manner.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct behavioral assessments and develop treatment plans
  • Provide direct behaviorally based interventions and behavioral consultation services
  • Collect and review program data to ensure efficient program implementation
  • Train behavior intervention staff to become Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and provide subsequent supervision
  • Provide clinical leadership and direction to the treatment team
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a human service field
  • Board Certification with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
  • Experience working with children and families in a culturally competent manner
  • Strong understanding of behavioral principles and evidence-based practices
