About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Care Specialist to join our team at Morrison Woods Health Campus. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents.

Responsibilities
  • Create a warm and welcoming environment for our residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being from admission to discharge.
  • Advocate for our residents at every stage of care, going above and beyond to meet their unique needs.
  • Develop personalized care plans for each resident, taking into account their individual needs and preferences.
  • Respond quickly and calmly in emergency situations, prioritizing the well-being and safety of our residents.
  • Administer medication and maintain accurate records of care provided.
Requirements
  • Hold an LPN Certificate or Registered Nurse (RN) degree or diploma from an accredited college/university.
  • Be licensed as an LPN or RN in the state of Indiana and hold current CPR certification.
  • Have experience in nursing and a strong understanding of medical practices.
  • Be familiar with laws, regulations, and guidelines related to long-term care.
