Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming environment and responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Proactively seek opportunities to deliver a great customer experience and engage with customers to understand their needs.
  • Assist in the location, availability, and selection of merchandise, and use basic selling techniques to engage with customers.
  • Process sales transactions and maintain proper accountability at registers, and process merchandise returns and exchanges courteously and under company guidelines.
  • Speak positively about the brand, customers, and team members, and demonstrate initiative, teamwork, and ownership in every interaction.
  • Maintain the visual standards for the selling floor, fitting rooms, visual displays, and presentations, and assist in daily store recovery.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and loss prevention practices, and share feedback and ideas with management to improve processes.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 16 years of age.
  • Minimum of one year of retail sales experience and previous cash handling experience is preferred.
  • Must be energetic and charismatic, with strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to act with integrity and business maturity to ensure interactions are conducted without bias or prejudice.
  • Must be able to complete sales transactions in the POS register system.
  • Must be available to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must be able to spend up to 100% of working time standing and walking, and lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
