Baylor Scott & White Health - Central Texas is seeking a highly skilled Family Medicine Physician to join our esteemed team as a Core Faculty in our Family Medicine residency program. With minimal call obligations and an 80% clinical/20% administrative schedule, this position provides the perfect blend of quality patient care and leadership development. Our residency program boasts six residents per year and is affiliated with Texas A&M, offering unparalleled opportunities for growth and professional development.
A competitive salary of $**250,000** per annum, complemented by a generous benefits package, relocation assistance, and a productivity bonus, makes this an incredibly attractive proposition for the right candidate. The package includes immediate eligibility for health and welfare benefits, a 401(k) savings plan with dollar-for-dollar match up to 5%, and a 457(f) savings plan with employer contribution. Key qualifications for this role include a Doctorate Degree in Medicine, licensure to practice medicine in the state of Texas, and board certification in Family Medicine or active pursuit thereof.
