Staffing Operations Specialist

Are you seeking a rewarding opportunity in a dynamic office environment? Join our administrative team as a Staffing Coordinator at Quality Janitorial Group. We offer a competitive starting salary ranging from $42K to $49K, along with paid time off and holidays, and weekly direct deposit.
As a Staffing Coordinator, you will play a vital role in managing our human resources functions. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and executing staffing strategies that align with legal requirements and company policies. You will identify staffing needs, create work schedules, and collaborate with recruitment agencies to meet employee demands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and evaluate candidates for open roles.
- Build a strong talent pipeline for designated positions using various recruitment tools, including outreach and social media.
- Assist employees with inquiries regarding training, benefits, and company policies.
- Oversee the vetting process for all candidates and coordinate orientation for new hires.
- Compile new-hire documentation and prepare weekly reports for management review.
- Maintain accurate records in the human resources information system, including status changes and updates.
- Participate in the monthly on-call rotation.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering incoming calls and assisting with inquiries.
- Track and maintain timekeeping records.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Fluency in English.
- Completion of two or more years of college-level education; high school diploma or GED required.
- A minimum of one year of experience in an administrative or HR support role that involved clerical duties.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local travel.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Proficient in computer applications.
