Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and due diligence on third-party vendors to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Partner with business units to understand their risk management needs and develop strategies to mitigate potential risks.
  • Maintain ongoing business relationships with third-party vendors to ensure effective communication and risk management.
  • Lead various projects and initiatives to improve risk management processes and procedures.
  • Actively pursue effective and efficient operations of risk management areas, ensuring the adequacy, adherence to, and effectiveness of day-to-day business controls to meet obligations.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years' experience in third-party risk management, preferably in a large financial institution.
  • Demonstrated intermediate Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate risk management strategies to stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with third-party risk management tools, such as Coupa.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, finance, or risk management.
