Operations Manager Job Description

LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics is seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to lead our 2nd shift team at our Distribution Center. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, including receiving, production-picking, and shipping functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop high-performing teams to achieve 2nd shift goals
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Ensure all receipts are properly put-away within established service guidelines
  • Replenish inventory daily and maintain accurate inventory levels
  • Pick orders accurately and efficiently, meeting customer requirements and SLAs
  • Ensure on-time shipment of all orders, with a focus on retail and e-commerce
  • Prepare and load freight safely and accurately
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and secure facility, adhering to QA guidelines
  • Communicate effectively with 1st shift team and engineering team
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in a related role in a Distribution Center
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS)
  • Effective communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to coach and develop management staff
  • Understanding of continuous improvement principles and metrics
What We Offer:

LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics offers a competitive salary range of $110,000 to $130,000, depending on experience and qualifications. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
