Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision

- Operations Management
- Oversee the planning and coordination of perioperative services, including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Patient Care and Safety
- Ensure that patients receive high-quality care and service, adhering to Fairview Health Services' standards and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and safety.
- Collaboration and Communication
- Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with staff, physicians, and other stakeholders to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
- Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in perioperative services, with a focus on leadership and operations management.
- Certifications
- Current Minnesota Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification.
- Education
- Master's degree in Nursing or related field.
- Experience
- Leadership experience in perioperative services or a related field.
